1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of signed limited edition prints on haritaasumani.com (the “Website”). Original artworks are sold only by enquiry and are not covered by these Terms.

3. Prints
Each print is an archival fine art print from a limited edition of the artwork shown on its page. Every print is signed by Harita Asumani in pencil on the print, with its edition number, her signature and the title of the artwork, and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
The size, edition size and available versions (print only, or framed with a wooden frame and protective glass) are stated on the page of each artwork.
4. Prices
Prices are stated in euro on the page of each artwork and include VAT and shipping within the EU. For delivery outside the EU, please enquire at art@haritaasumani.com before ordering.
5. Ordering and payment
To order, click the purchase button for the version you want. You are taken to a checkout page of Think East Business Consulting OOD, operated by Revolut, where you enter your delivery address and pay.
The contract of sale is concluded when your payment is completed and your delivery address is provided.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes 2-3 weeks. Depending on the destination, prints are shipped with DHL, UPS or DPD. Every shipment is insured.
7. Damaged prints and legal guarantee
If a print arrives damaged, contact us at art@haritaasumani.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the print and the packaging, and we will send you another one.
You have the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the print.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to art@haritaasumani.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
You must send the print back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you withdraw. Return address: 103 Vasil Levski Str, ap. 96, 4003, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. You bear the direct cost of returning the print. You are only liable for any loss in value of the print resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the print back or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.
